As mentioned before, blogs have many definitions. It can be considered a noun or a verb when describing the term and its meaning. As a noun, a blog is a type of website that provides information and is updated regularly. Often blogs are written in a narrative form and can contain videos, links, and graphics. The information can be displayed in chronological or reverse chronological order. As a verb, someone who blogs is the one who owns the blog and updates it regularly with the information of his or her choosing using words, graphics, videos, and so forth. These are not the only definitions to define blogs, but the ones that will be used throughout this instructional program.
